Careers
Join the team building Australia's marketplace.
We're a small, passionate team on a mission to make buying and selling effortless for Australians. At Ndolula, every team member has a direct impact on the product and the community we serve.
We work with modern tools — Next.js, AI, and cloud-native infrastructure — and we value shipping fast, learning constantly, and supporting each other.
Curiosity
We ask questions, experiment freely, and learn from everything we build.
Ownership
Every person owns their work end-to-end, from idea to production.
Collaboration
Small team, big trust. We share context, give honest feedback, and lift each other up.
Empathy
We build for real people. Understanding our users drives every decision.
We don't have any open roles right now, but we're always looking for talented people. Check back soon or reach out directly.
